Employees’ Charity Campaign Kicks Off
The 2014 MCPS Employees’ Charity Campaign kicked off on Monday, Oct. 21 and will run through Friday, Nov. 22.
Employees should have received printed information from their school or office campaign coordinator, which includes information on how to donate and a copy of the donation form. All MCPS staff members are encouraged to visit the MCPS Cares website, where they can learn more about the three charity partners—The Community Foundation for Montgomery County, the MCPS Union Community Partnership Fund and the United Way of the National Capital Area.
Every contribution—no matter how small—will make a difference.
There are three ways to give:
- Credit card: Donate online using a secure portal for each charity.
- Check: Write a one-time donation check and give it to your site coordinator.
- Payroll Deduction: Give a specific amount each pay period to one or more of the charities.
