Open Enrollment will be held from Oct. 12 to Nov. 6, with changes effective on Jan. 1, 2016. All employees covered by an MCPS-provided medical plan with CareFirst, Cigna or Kaiser Permanente—whether making changes to their benefits or not—will need to attest to whether they will be tobacco-free throughout 2015.
