Most Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) employees will receive a pay increase effective July 1, 2018. Eligible employees will see the increase beginning with their July 20, 2018* paychecks.
The Board of Education approved Fiscal Year (FY) 2019–2020 budget and corresponding employee association agreements on April 24, 2018. The agreements include FY 2019 step increases and FY 2012 make-up steps for eligible employees.

*This is because MCPS employees are paid two weeks after the last day of a pay period.
