Middle School Girls Invited to Apply for Latina Labs STEAM Program

Latinas Leading Tomorrow (LLT) is accepting applications for the 2022 Latina Labs virtual STEAM program for middle school girls.
This free virtual program will take place on June 4, 11, 18 and 25 from 10:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Topics will include coding, space explorations with NASA, wind power and coloring with cochineal (cactus bug). Girls accepted in the program will receive a tool kit with all the materials needed to complete the hands-on activities for each topic.
The application deadline is May 17. There is an informational video about Latina Labs in English and Spanish on the LLT website.
