Science Night Coming to Wootton High School May 8
Parents and students are invited to learn more about all core high school science course options, including Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) courses during the High School Science Curriculum Night on May 8 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Wotton High School. The event is co-sponsored by MCPS and MCCPTA. At the event, parents will learn about:
- Every core high school science course option for Grade 9 through Grade 12, including Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) courses
- New and exciting high school science course pathways, including college and career readiness programs
- High school graduation requirements specific to the Maryland integrated Science Assessment (MISA)
- The Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) in Maryland and MCPS
