Special Education Advisory Committee Meeting Dates Set
The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is a group comprised of parents/guardians, MCPS staff and representatives of Montgomery County community groups that advocate for students with special needs and advise the Office of Special Education. SEAC holds monthly meetings that are open to the public, allowing parents to connect with each other and have conversations with special education administrators.
All meetings are held from 7–9 p.m. This year’s SEAC meetings are scheduled for:
- Thursday, Oct. 28
- Thursday, Nov. 18
- Thursday, Dec. 16 (Interim Superintendent Monifa B. McKnight is tentatively scheduled to attend.)
- Thursday, Jan 27, 2022
- Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022
- Thursday, March 24, 2022
- Thursday, April 28, 2022
