Employee Benefits Open Enrollment ended Friday, November 6, 2020.

If you enrolled in or made changes to your benefits during Open Enrollment, your new elections will go into effect on January 1, 2021. You received confirmation of your changes while still logged in to the Benefits Enrollment System (BES). In addition, you should have received a confirmation email.

To review your benefit elections for 2021 and confirm that you have received credit(s) for your Wellness Initiatives participation*, return to the Employee Self-Service (ESS) web page, click on My current benefits, review the information on the next screen, and log in by clicking the link at the bottom. You will need to change the effective date at the top of the following screen to January 1, 2021, to view your 2021 information.

Questions? Contact ERSC at 301-517-8100, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., or by email.

* If, by December 31, 2020, your Wellness Initiatives credit(s) have not been updated on My
current benefits
, please email ERSC the following:

  • Your name and employee ID number
  • The dates you completed your biometric health screening and/or health risk assessment
  • Whether your screening was conducted by your primary care physician or at a Well Aware health screening
