In case you missed it, a special Waymaking event, A Courageous Conversation on the Impact of Racism on Mental Health, is now available on YouTube.
The two-part series discussed a variety of topics, including how people of color can get help and support with mental health concerns, problems around access and barriers to receiving mental health, and eliminating the stigma of getting mental health support. The events featured panel discussions, and question and answer sessions.
