Cost-of-Living Adjustment Goes into Effect Jan. 29
The Board of Education has approved agreements with the three employee associations—the Montgomery County Education Association, the Montgomery County Association of Administrators and Principals, and SEIU Local 500—that allow for a 1.5 percent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for all permanent employees, substitute teachers, and home and hospital teachers. The pay increases go into effect on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022.
