Get Moving with the Latest Wellness Fitness Challenge
Has your exercise routine gotten off track as a result of the pandemic or do you need a reason to start an exercise program? Now is your chance! Well Aware is challenging you to hit the reset button, reconnect with your teammates and recommit to exercise by joining the Going the (Physical) Distance Relay.
The Going the (Physical) Distance Relay is already under way, but there is still time to join us! Form a team or train as an individual. Then, log your activity throughout the challenge and track your progress using the online Well Aware Fitness Log. Based on participation, you will be eligible to win prizes for yourself, your team, and your school or office.
While we ride out the pandemic at home, it is really important to be active and keep moving. Not only is exercise good for us physically, but it is also really important for our mental health.
We can’t be together in person to walk, run or exercise, but we can use this time to connect through social media or by phone to encourage each other. So, make a team, exercise on your own, and stay in touch with each other! Teams can work together to encourage healthy habits and provide support in developing them through this 10-week physical activity challenge.
