Latest Well-Being Matters Episodes Discuss EAP, Relationship Communication

The two latest episodes of “Well-Being Matters,” highlight the Employee Assistance Program and communication in relationships. “Well-Being Matters” is an MCPS video series created by staff members for staff members.
The host of the show is Robyn Rosenbauer, a licensed clinical social worker who is an employee assistance specialist with the Employee Assistance Program. During the show, she talks with local mental health experts on how staff members can take care of their emotional health and well-being during the ongoing period of remote work and learning.
In the show on communication in relationships, Rosenbauer talks about couples counseling with licensed clinical counselor Karimah Cornelius. In the show on the EAP, Rosenbauer explains what counseling services are available to staff and their families through the EAP, how to find a therapist and how much it costs. The guest is Veronica Morrow, an executive director with KEPRO Workplace Services. KEPRO complements the MCPS EAP by expanding options available to staff and their families.
