During the show, she talks with local mental health experts on how staff members can take care of their emotional health and well-being during the ongoing period of remote work and learning.
The show on DBT features a discussion with Mark Becker, LCSW-C, director and founder of The DBT Center of Greater Washington and can be seen here. In the show on caregiving, available here, Rosenbauer talks with Robin Mansfield, LCSW-C, care manager and psychotherapist at Aging Network Services.
