This year, the League of Educators for Asian American Progress (LEAAP) is holding a virtual celebration on Wednesday, Feb. 10 for colleagues to connect with one another. In addition, during the month of January, Pike Kitchen in Rockville is donating 10 percent of its proceeds from carryout orders to LEAAP, which offers scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to major in education, are members of an Asian American club, and/or students who have earned Student Service Learning hours supporting Asian American organizations.
