MCPS Launches Technical Help Desk Portal
The Office of Technology and Innovation has launched the new Technical Help Desk portal, provided by ServiceNow. Hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
In this new portal, staff are able to:
- Search for helpful support guides and screencasts
- Chat with a virtual agent
- Submit and track the progress of a Help Desk ticket
- View the status of MCPS applications
Staff can still send an email to email@example.com or call the Help Desk at 301-517-5800, and then track their ticket in the portal.
