As we near the end of October, it’s hard to believe the holiday season is around the corner. Although the holidays can be a time of joy and excitement, they can also be a source of stress. Learn some effective ways to plan, organize and make the most of your holidays from the Employee Assistance Program’s (EAP’s) external partner, Kepro, in this month’s tip sheet and webinar.
Remember that you can always call the MCPS in-house EAP at 240-314-1040 (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.) or Kepro at 866-496-9599 (24/7/365). The EAP provides confidential and no-cost services, including information, support, counseling and referrals for mental health concerns.
