New Episodes of Waymaking, Well-Being Matters Now Available

New episodes of “Waymaking” and “Well-Being Matters,” which highlight topics of mental health and well-being, are now available.
The “Waymaking” video series is hosted by Dr. Christina Chester, MCPS director of psychological services. In this episode of MCPS Waymaking, Rachel Larkin, director of hotline outreach and partnerships for EveryMind, joins Dr. Chester to highlight 988, which has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. The latest episodes of “Well-Being Matters” focus on conflict and conflict resolution. In both shows, Robyn Rosenbauer, a licensed clinical social worker who formerly worked as an employee assistance specialist with the Employee Assistance Program, talks with Christopher Page, executive director of the Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County.
