MCPS employees are now able to contact the Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC) through an online service portal: ERSC Connect. Through ERSC Connect, staff can send a request, ask a question and read about benefits, leave, pay and retirement matters online. ERSC staff are continuing to answer phone and email requests.
Visit the ERSC homepage or the ERSC Contacts for Employees webpage and follow the link to the ERSC Connect webpage. From there, click log in to ERSC Connect to get started. Log in instructions are available there, along with a link to the ERSC Connect Support Guide.
