Employees will receive their 2021 W-2 and 1095-C tax forms contact-free and sooner if they authorize web delivery (online access) prior to Monday, Jan. 10, 2022. If you authorized web delivery in a previous year, you do not need to do so again.

To authorize web delivery, visit the Employee Self-Service (ESS) webpage and click on either My W-2s or My 1095-Cs under the green My Pay banner. Log in using your Outlook username and password. Then follow the authorization instructions for both your W-2 and 1095-C.

After authorizing web delivery of your tax forms, you will be able to download and print them from the web as soon as they are available. You will receive an email announcement to let you know when they have been posted to the secure website.

Not Ready for Web Delivery?

If you choose not to sign up for web delivery, MCPS will mail your tax forms to your address on file. We are required to mail them by Jan. 31, 2022, to those who do not choose web delivery.

Make Sure Your Address Is Up to Date in Our System

No matter how you choose to receive your W-2 and 1095-C, make sure your address is up-to-date in our system so it appears correctly on the tax forms. Visit ESS and click on My profile under the orange My Information banner. Log in using your Outlook username and password. If you need to update your address, return to ESS, click on My Address change under the My Information banner, read the information on the next screen, then click Update your address at the bottom of the screen.

Questions? Contact the Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC) at 301-517-8100 or email ERSC.
