How we work together, support and elevate each other as valued team members matters. The MCPS Culture of Respect compact will ensure this and is being re-imagined for today’s challenges and to ensure high levels of equity in all we do. The compact is embedded in all three employee association contracts and was developed between the system and association leaders. The compact is vital and represents our shared values for how we work, how staff is treated and how we ensure an environment where all students can learn.
It is important for MCPS to know and understand your experiences in the workplace, as well as what is essential to you as you work and grow in your career. We are asking for your input on a survey so the compact will reflect your needs and foster a workplace where everyone feels safe and productive. The survey is available until Feb. 10.
