Salary increases for eligible MCPS employees went into effect on Saturday, March 12, 2022. They include a step increase for eligible employees and a longevity increase for eligible supporting services employees. Look for the salary increase in your April 8, 2022, paycheck.
These increases are in addition to the 1.5 percent cost-of-living adjustment that went into effect on Jan. 29, 2022. To determine if you are eligible for the increases, visit the Employee and Retiree Service Center (ERSC) webpage.
