Summer Employment Available Beginning April 19

Beginning Monday, April 19, all Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 summer employment opportunities will be accessible to Montgomery County Education Association (MCEA) and Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 500 Unit members through MCPS Summer Employment Careers. Applications received for FY 2022 summer employment by Friday, May 14, will have first consideration for hire. Interested employees should apply in the For Current Employees online at MCPS Careers and log in to the Summer Employment section.

Employees will have access to a complete list of all summer employment opportunities, or options can be narrowed by entering specific search criteria in the “Keywords” field. Non-teaching opportunities can be found by selecting options available in the “Job Field” field.

  • If you are interested in applying for opportunities other than warehouse support, the FY 2022 Summer Employment application process begins on Monday, April 19.
  • The FY 2022 Summer Employment application process for warehouse support ended April 9.
