The latest episodes of MCPS’ video series, “Well-Being Matters,” highlight the topics of domestic violence and better sleep. “Well-Being Matters” is created by staff members for staff members.

The host of the show is Robyn Rosenbauer, a licensed clinical social worker who is an employee assistance specialist with the Employee Assistance Program. During the show, she talks with local mental health experts on how staff members can take care of their emotional health and well-being during the ongoing period of remote work and learning.
