When Saniya Lipford was an MCPS student she lost her arm and leg due to a massive pulmonary embolism. MCPS staff stayed in touch with her family and when their van broke down, the Auto Trades Foundation got involved. A Damascus High School auto shop class worked on the van to help Saniya get back on the road.
