Montgomery County Public Schools kicked off the Mental Health Awareness Week on Monday, 10/10 with a variety of in-person activities. During the schools’ morning announcements, a video played of Superintendent Dr. Monifa McKnight conducting a system-wide Mindful Moment breathing exercise.
