New episodes of “Well-Being Matters” discuss two important topics—grief and loss, and microaggressions.

“Well-Being Matters” is an MCPS video series for staff members hosted by Robyn Rosenbauer, a licensed clinical social worker who is an employee assistance specialist with the Employee Assistance Program. In the show on grief and loss, Rosenbauer is joined by licensed professional counselor Brenda Chavis. In the episode on microaggressions, Rosenbauer talks with Roni White, licensed nationally certified counselor about what microaggressions are and how common they are.

“Well-Being Matters” has produced shows on a variety of topics, including anxiety, ergonomics, domestic violence and better sleep. The entire playlist is available here.
